Stick Crawl and Arch

  1. Start by lying on your belly.
  2. Place the stick vertically on the ground in front of your head, with your forehead touching the floor.
  3. Use both hands to crawl up the stick, pressing it firmly into the ground.
  4. Arch your back and hold this position for five breaths.
  5. Slowly crawl your hands back down and relax on the ground.
