Lateral Tree Stretch
- Stand tall with your feet aligned with your hips.
- Place your right foot's sole against your left inner thigh with toes pointing down.
- Extend your right arm and put a stick an arm's length away on your right side.
- Take a deep breath, raise your left hand, and hold the top end of the stick.
- Gently bend your torso to the right, keeping your left arm extended.
- Stay in this position for five breaths, feeling the stretch on your left side.
- Inhale and return to an upright position, aligning with the stick.
- Exhale and release your hand from the stick, returning to your original standing position.
