Goddess Squat with Stick

  1. Place the stick over your shoulders.
  2. Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart, toes out, and heels in.
  3. Squat down, making sure your knees align with your ankles.
  4. Inhale as you stand up, exhale as you squat down.
  5. Repeat this 10 to 20 times.
