Thoracic Twist

  1. Start by kneeling and stretch your right leg outward with the stick over your shoulder.
  2. Turn your torso to place the left end of the stick on the ground, crossing your midline.
  3. Look over your right shoulder, maintaining a controlled twist in your upper back.
  4. Inhale to return to the center, exhale to release. Repeat as needed.
  5. Use the stick as a guide and adjust the twist to your comfort.
