Thoracic Twist
- Start by kneeling and stretch your right leg outward with the stick over your shoulder.
- Turn your torso to place the left end of the stick on the ground, crossing your midline.
- Look over your right shoulder, maintaining a controlled twist in your upper back.
- Inhale to return to the center, exhale to release. Repeat as needed.
- Use the stick as a guide and adjust the twist to your comfort.
