Back Bend and Hip Opening
- Begin in a kneeling position with your right leg stretched out and the stick along your spine.
- Bend your right knee over the ankle.
- Take the stick behind your back, keeping it in line with your spine.
- Raise your arms to hold the top of the stick, pushing your pelvis forward.
- Engage your core and stay for a few breaths, keeping your hips square.
- Focus on alignment and choose hand positions that feel comfortable.
