Lateral Stretching
- Start from a kneeling position with your right leg stretched out and the stick over your shoulder.
- Lower the right end of the stick to the ground, grip it with your right hand.
- Raise your left hand to reach the top of the stick, stretching your spine to the side.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and follow your hand with your gaze.
- Breathe smoothly and adjust the stretch to your comfort.
