Lateral Stretching

  1. Start from a kneeling position with your right leg stretched out and the stick over your shoulder.
  2. Lower the right end of the stick to the ground, grip it with your right hand.
  3. Raise your left hand to reach the top of the stick, stretching your spine to the side.
  4. Keep your shoulders relaxed and follow your hand with your gaze.
  5. Breathe smoothly and adjust the stretch to your comfort.
