Revolved Triangle Stretch
- Stand with your feet apart.
- Turn your right foot out, left foot in, and hold the stick.
- Twist to the right, leaning toward your right leg.
- Place the stick on the ground and stretch your spine.
- Hold for five breaths and repeat on the other side.
