  1. Stand with your feet apart.
  2. Turn your right foot out, left foot in, and hold the stick.
  3. Twist to the right, leaning toward your right leg.
  4. Place the stick on the ground and stretch your spine.
  5. Hold for five breaths and repeat on the other side.
