Triangle Stretch (Hip Opening & Leg Stretch)
- Stand with your feet apart.
- Turn your right foot out and left foot in.
- Hold the stick over your shoulders.
- Lean to the right, placing the stick on the ground.
- Hold for five breaths, focusing on your hips and legs.
- Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
