Triangle Stretch (Hip Opening & Leg Stretch)

  1. Stand with your feet apart.
  2. Turn your right foot out and left foot in.
  3. Hold the stick over your shoulders.
  4. Lean to the right, placing the stick on the ground.
  5. Hold for five breaths, focusing on your hips and legs.
  6. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
