Happy Baby Stretch with a Stick

  1. Start by lying flat on your back.
  2. Draw your knees toward your chest.
  3. Place the stick on the soles of your feet and apply gentle pressure to push them toward the ground.
  4. Open your knees slightly wider than your torso and bring them up toward your armpits.
  5. Align your ankles with your knees, ensuring the shins are perpendicular to the floor.
  6. Gently press the stick into your foot soles, pulling with your hands to create resistance.
  7. Ensure your feet are parallel to the ceiling and hold the stretch for a few deep breaths.

Deep Hip and Leg Stretch

  1. Lie flat on your back with a stick held above your head.
  2. Keep your legs straight and wide apart.
  3. Raise your arms to catch your calves with the stick, engaging your abdominal muscles.
  4. Pull your legs toward the ground while elevating your head and chest.
  5. Let the back of your head and shoulders rest against the stick, extending your arms to either side.
  6. Hold the pose for five deliberate breaths, feeling the deep stretch through your hips and legs.
  7. Breathe in and move your head away from the stick. Gradually release your legs and unhook yourself from the stick to return to the starting position.

These stretches are great for improving flexibility and relieving tension. Remember to breathe and adjust as needed.
